Our story

Named after peacemakers. Made to order.

We're a counter-service breakfast and lunch spot on Main Street in Brewster, open every day from seven. Eggs any style, subs on a seeded roll, salads, wraps and quesadillas, none of it made until you ask for it. Muffins, cookies and doughnuts come out of our own oven each morning.

The sandwiches are named after people who tried, one way or another, to keep the peace. A couple of them qualify on a technicality. We've never explained the names and we're not about to start.
